I fell head over heels in love with K Dramas during the summer of 2020 and I’ve never looked back. Naturally this has led me to explore K-music, K-food and the Korean culture in its splendor. I hope to bring my insight on all the incredible experiences I’ve had engaging with Korean entertainment! There’s plenty to cover but like my girl Kim Bok Joo, I can carry the load! Hwaiting, 화이팅!

All I wanted to know was “What is wrong with secretary Kim?”. Now I am a lover of all things K-culture, K-drama, K-food and K-pop. Let’s get along and ride this wave together!

It all started with It’s Okay Not To Be Okay and I’ve never been okay ever since! It’s been a year of discovering and falling in love with a new culture. From kimchi, to hanboks to Song Kang, you’ll want to try it all! You’ll never get enough once you’re in the K-wave and I’m just here to tell you all about it along the ride!

I am what people would call a veteran K-pop fan, I started with groups like Shinee and Girls Generation and the other second generations groups, I saw those fun cute concepts, got in and never left the dungeon. I’d love to share the music and drama with my people.

It all started in a University of Pretoria cafeteria with "A guide to BTS" video. This led to me consuming a lot of K content (especially K-dramas) and finally a move to Korea. I hope to bring you all a glimpse of Korea through my eye.
