A Goldongmyeon (골동면) kinda day!
Long weekends are for doing things you wouldn’t usually get a chance to do during the week, so we decided to make 골동면 (Goldongmyeon) using the Hansik (Korean food) kit from the Korean Cultural Centre.

I spent most of 2022 attending Korean language and cooking classes at the Korean culture centre in Pretoria. Although my Korean language skills have not improved at the pace I would like (due to my own lack of practice), I have become more confident when it comes to cooking Korean food the way my teacher taught me while taking some liberties.
