“Are you seeing this?” The Ateez Revolution is on the horizon

As the 29th approaches, the excitement around Ateez’s much anticipated comeback continues to grow. The World EP1: Movement is the next instalment in the Ateez universe, and it feels revolutionary.

The initial announcement for this comeback was made all the way back in April, when they put up posters in various cities with a link to an unlisted teaser on YouTube. The teaser and how it was distributed had an underground and clandestine feel. This unique announcement ties in perfectly with the Ateez universe, as music and art are banned.

They then followed this up by releasing a teaser photo, which also had a QR code. This time it led to an audio file named Propaganda, which revealed the album title The World EP.1: Movement.

Not only were the concept photos stunning, but they also gave fans a call back to their Kingdom: Legendary War stage where they performed Ikon’s Rhythm Ta, reminding fans that everything Ateez does serves a purpose in their storyline.

While the official trailers were cinematic, they maintained that revolutionary feeling and had scenes that reminded fans of their Zero: Fever Part.1 Diary Film and Inception music video.

With a track list consisting of songs like Guerrilla, Propaganda, and Sector 1, to name a few, they have managed to keep the underground vibe going. Knowing Ateez’s formula, fans can expect the title track, Guerrilla, to be a banger with the B-side tracks being equally as amazing.

Not only does this comeback feel as though the Ateez revolution is afoot, but it is also the beginning of a crescendo that they have been building since their debut, and I can confidently say that we are not ready.

So, wake up world. The time is now.
