As a multi-talented actress, between acting in a Drama compared to acting a film, which one do you find more enjoyable?

I've never thought about acting in a movie or in drama as separate. It takes a lot of people's time and effort before a piece of work is completed and shown to you. It's fun as an actor to work with so many staff members and actors.

Given the many different characters you have had to play in your career, are there any new roles you specifically want to play?

Rather than a role I want to play in particular, I always want to greet you with new work and with a new character.

Has your career as an actress brought any surprises you didn’t anticipate when you first started?

When I first started acting, everything was unfamiliar and difficult. So, I thought that if I gained more experience, I would feel a little more relaxed and comfortable in the field. But it wasn't like that. It's still a difficult task that requires a lot of thought^^

If you could go back in time and give advice to your younger self starting as an actress, what would you say?

Rather than giving advice, I want to cheer for you. I want to tell you to act more confidently and enjoyably.

Having started as a beauty queen and later becoming an actress are there any skills or lessons you learnt in pageantry that you applied in your acting career?

It took a lot of courage to show myself in front of people. I think that courage became a steppingstone when I first started acting.

In “Now, we are breaking up” you play a character that comes across as cold and just not willing to let go of the past, how did you get yourself to become Director Shin Yoo Jeong?

I had to show you Shin Yoo-jeong from the past and Shin Yoo-jeong from the present. So, I thought it'd be nice if the viewers watched the drama and watched the past and present Shin Yoo-jeong without any difference. That way, I think you will sympathize with Shin Yoo-jeong's current feelings and everything she does. Also, what we cared about together is the external part of her character.  Shin Yoo-jeong's job itself was a job that had to be seen a lot on the outside, so I tried to express Shin Yoo-jeong well through styling.

You are an actor who has been in the industry for many years, how have you managed to do that?

Since I'm an actor, I think the biggest reason is that I want to show more of my acting to the public, and just as Africa has been interested in me and asked me for an interview, the support of fans from all over the world is a really big driving force. I'm always thankful.
