From “My love from the star” to “Kkondae Intern”, how have you evolved as an actor over the years?

My impatience has disappeared a lot compared to before, but what's certain is that I'm not afraid of acting anymore and that I'm able to enjoy it in this field.

As a multi-talented actor, between acting in a Drama compared to acting in a film, which one do you find more enjoyable?

It's hard to say which one is more enjoyable because both have different charms, but the important thing is that I still have the energy to come across good works as an actor. I think both the audience and viewers are the same people.

In the long span of your career, you’ve had the opportunity to work with brilliant actors and actresses. Are there any you would like to work with again or any new people you’d like to collaborate with?

Yes. I have been working with very good actors. They are all actors I want to work with again. It seems very difficult to tell you one by one. The actor I still want to work with is Joo Sung-chi.

You are an actor who has been in the industry for many years, how have you managed to do that?

There were seniors with more experience than me, and I learned how to endure while working with them. I learned how to have fun and more. No matter what job I am doing, if I don't enjoy myself, I will have a different point of view from then on, right? Even now, I am still trying to enjoy my role.

What are some of your favourite travel destinations and is Africa on the list of desirable holiday destinations for you?

I've been to a place called Bobo-Dioulasso in Burkina Faso before. If I have a chance, I want to go there again someday.

What can we expect from your photo book being released?

It is not a photobook of pictures taken separately, but a photobook record with pictures such as drama scenes and usual appearances. The intention is to show fans Park Hae-jin, who is not decorated. I wanted to show my honest self rather than being an actor who looks fancy.

Do you have any advice for up-and-coming actors?

I don't know if it's okay to give advice, but I'd like to tell you that the job of an actor requires more patience and seriousness than I thought. I always have to be careful not to lose myself because it's a job that hides me as I play someone else, so I always have to be vigilant, so that I don't lose myself. The rest is constant hard work and endless effort. I must make my people trust me even if they disappoint me sometimes. An actor never completes their work on their own. I can’t get good results if I am alone. It would be difficult, wouldn’t it?
