June Comebacks: What you might have missed from K-pop in the last month

As the weather is getting hotter in South Korea, so are the comebacks. K-Pop fans are in for a treat as there are new debuts, long-awaited albums, and highly anticipated comebacks to look out for. Here is what you might have missed in the month of June.

1.B.I eased us into the summer spirit with the release of his much anticipated second album, To Die For, on June 1st. This album features artists such as Big Naught, Kid Milli, Lil Cherry, and Jessie, who is featured on the title track Die For Love.

2. Stary Kids hit the ground running in June with the release of their third album, 5 Stars. Their title track, S-Class, delivers stunning visuals and the higher energy we would expect from a Stray Kids comeback.

3. Fromis_9 released their first full-length album in their five-year career on June 5th. Unlock My Love is a 10 track album with the title track #menow, and b-sides like Attitude, Prom Night, and much more.

4. June 5th also saw Taeyong of NCT’s solo debut. Taeyong released his debut mini album, Shalala.

5. P1Harmony released their sixth mini album, Harmony: All In on June 8th. From the teaser they released before the drop, the album had the right vibe for the summer and it didn’t disappoint.

6. June 16th, Atiny, were not ready! Ateez released their next mini album, The World Ep 2: Outlaw. This was the second instalment of their The World EP trilogy. With the title track Bouncy (K-Hot Chilli Peppers), this comeback falls in line with their usual sound while still being exciting.

7. Monsta X’s soloists aren't giving us time to breathe. June 23rd saw the release of I.M.'s solo EP Over Drive. I.M has had his hand in the creation of all the songs on the album, so this album will surely have bangers.

8. 2nd Gen fans, I hope you are sitting. After a long 2 years, SHINee! Yes, SHINee released their eighth album, Hard on June 23rd.
